Uploading Match Videos to MatBoss

Every match you record lives on your device first — and stays there until you upload it. MatBoss gives you unlimited cloud storage, but getting your video from device to cloud is a step you don't want to skip.

Before You Upload

• Connect to a good Wi-Fi connection.

• Make sure your device is plugged in or has enough battery to last through the entire upload — a shutdown mid-upload can interrupt the process.

• Remember: every device that recorded video at an event needs to upload its footage. One device uploading isn't enough if multiple devices filmed the same event.

Step 1: Go to the Video Uploads Tab

Navigate to the Video Uploads tab on the left side of your screen. If you have videos waiting to upload from this device, you'll see a bubble showing how many.

Step 2: Review What's Waiting

The Video Uploads screen lists every match video on this device that still needs to be uploaded.

Step 3: Upload All Videos

Click Upload All Videos at the top of the screen. MatBoss will upload every match in the queue, one after another, until it's done.

Step 4: Upload Individually (Optional)

Want to upload just one match? Click the grey cloud icon under the video column for that specific match.

What Happens After Upload

Once a match is safely uploaded to the cloud, MatBoss removes the video from your local device automatically — clearing up storage as it goes.

Upload after every event. Letting videos pile up on your device can fill your local storage and cause performance issues.

Upload time varies based on how many videos you're sending and the speed of your network. Once everything's uploaded, MatBoss runs a final sync to make sure the app is fully up to date.

Troubleshooting

Having trouble uploading? Check with your school's IT administrator to confirm MatBoss is whitelisted on your network. Whitelist information is available in the Knowledge repository.
