Managing Account Logins

Modified on Thu, 10 Jul at 12:31 PM

Once your team is set up in MatBoss, you have full control over who has access to your account—and what they can see. Whether you’re reviewing activity, disabling users, or promoting a former athlete to coach, it all happens on the Logins screen.

Step-by-Step: Manage Team Logins

1. Navigate to the Logins Page

From your MatBoss dashboard, click the Logins tab on the left-hand menu. This is your central hub for managing who can access your team account.

2. Review Active Users

You’ll see a list of all current users—both coaches and athletes—with access to your account. You’ll also be able to see the date of their last login, which is helpful for monitoring engagement and cleaning up inactive users.

3. View Former Athletes

Scroll down to the Former Athletes section to see which past wrestlers still have access to their individual match videos and stats.

Note: Former athletes can only view their own content—they cannot view other wrestlers’ footage or team-level statistics.

4. Disable a User

Need to revoke access for someone?

  • Click the Edit button next to their name

  • Select Disabled from the status options

You can re-enable the login at any time by repeating this process.

5. Convert an Athlete to a Coach

If you’ve got a recent grad stepping up as part of your coaching staff, it’s easy to change their role:

  • Click Edit next to their profile

  • Change the Role from Athlete to Coach

Now they’ll have coach-level access to your MatBoss account.

Keep Your Team Logins Clean and Accurate

Managing access is key to keeping your MatBoss account organized, secure, and running smoothly.
