Apple Device Recommendations

  • iOS Compatibility: To ensure seamless functionality, Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads, are recommended to run on iOS 16.4 and later versions. Compatibility with the latest iOS provides users with access to the full suite of MatBoss features and capabilities.
  • Preferred iOS Devices: MatBoss strongly recommends the use of iOS devices over Android for an optimal user experience. The iOS platform offers superior performance and stability, enhancing the overall functionality and usability of the MatBoss application.
  • Recommended iPads: For the best results, at minimum consider utilizing the 10th or 11th generation iPads with at least 64 gigabytes of storage, providing ample space to capture and store extensive event recordings. The generous storage capacity ensures that users can effortlessly manage and preserve a comprehensive library of wrestling event data.

Android Device Recommendations

If you decide to utilize Android devices, MatBoss for Android requires an Android tablet device running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later.


We recommend the Google Pixel, however a Lenovo or Samsung Tablet with a minimum of 4GB or RAM and 64GB will also . 


Caution: If your device is not supported MatBoss for Android will not appear to be installable via the Play Store application. If this is the case but you have a device that you would like to have supported please submit a Support Ticket with the device model and version and we can look into enabling support for your device.
