Utilizing Equipment Tracking

Singlets, headgear, warmups — it all needs to be tracked. MatBoss lets you build your equipment inventory, assign it to athletes, and know exactly where it stands all season.

Step 1: Open Equipment

1. Select Team Management from the left-hand navigation.

2. Select Equipment.

Step 2: Build Your Inventory

1. Select the Equipment Type tab at the top of the screen.

2. Click the plus button in the lower right corner to add a new equipment item.

Do this for every piece of equipment your team distributes.

Step 3: Assign Equipment to Athletes

Navigate to the Roster tab within Equipment, and select Add Equipment for the athlete you're assigning gear to.

Step 4: Track Its Status

Update the status of each piece of equipment as needed:

• Handed Out

• Returned

• Destroyed

• Lost

You can also add a note to document any detail about that athlete's equipment.

Step 5: Pull a Report

Click Equipment Report in the upper right corner of the application to see it all in one place.
