Import Your Roster from TrackWrestling

This guide will walk you through the process of seamlessly importing your roster from TrackWrestling into your MatBoss account.

Accessing Your MatBoss Account Settings

1. Login to Your MatBoss Account: Start by logging into your MatBoss account using your credentials.
2. Access the Settings Page: After logging in, click the settings button located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Linking Your TrackWrestling Account

1. Configure TrackWrestling Settings: On the Settings page, find and click the TrackWrestling Settings button.
2. Provide Necessary Details: Choose your state, age level, and team from the dropdown lists. Ensure that your team name is already set up in TrackWrestling before linking it to MatBoss. Click "Save Changes" to confirm the settings.

Importing Your Roster

1. Navigate to Roster Section: Go to the Roster screen by selecting "Roster" from the top navigation menu.
2. Connect to TrackWrestling: Click the TrackWrestling link on the Roster screen to access your roster from TrackWrestling.
3. Review and Manage Wrestlers: Review each wrestler and match them with existing profiles or add them as new wrestlers. You can choose not to import wrestlers who are no longer part of your team.
4. Managing Graduated Wrestlers: Optionally, you can move graduated wrestlers to "Former Wrestler" status.
5. Finalize the Import: Once the review is complete, click the "Import" button to initiate the roster import process.

Completion and Re-Import

Congratulations! Your roster has now been successfully imported from TrackWrestling. You can repeat this process at any time, particularly if your TrackWrestling roster undergoes changes during the season.
