Organization Settings

In this article, learn how to manage various aspects of your MatBoss account to optimize your team's performance and organization.

Accessing Organization Settings

  1. Login to Your MatBoss Account: Begin by logging into your MatBoss account using your credentials.
  2. Access the Settings Page: After logging in, click the settings button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to access the Settings page.
  3. Invoice Management: On the Settings page, you can check the status of your payment to MatBoss for the current season. View or pay your invoice by clicking the "Access Invoice" button and follow the provided instructions for payment via check or credit card.

Customizing Organization Settings

  1. Manage Team Information: From the Settings screen, navigate to the "Organization Settings" section. Add teams from your conference or region to display them prominently when generating MatBoss reports for your team.
  2. Media Contacts: Add media contacts for efficient email communication of match results.
  3. Team Video Access: Customize video access for your wrestlers, allowing them to watch only their own videos or those of their teammates.
  4. Adjust Lead Time for Clips: Set the lead time for tagged clips using the drop-down menu to specify how many seconds you'd like the video to play before each clip.
  5. Customize Scorebook Names: Personalize the names of your scorebooks for better organization and identification.
  6. Saving Changes: After making the necessary adjustments, click the "Save Changes" button to confirm the updates. Note that these changes will be applied to all recording devices connected to your account after clicking the "Perform Sync" button on each device.
