Inviting Wrestlers

Discover how to invite wrestlers and coaches to create profiles within your MatBoss account for enhanced team management and performance tracking.

Accessing the Invitation Setup

1. Ensure Roster Availability: Before inviting members, ensure that your roster is loaded into your MatBoss account.
2. Accessing Settings: Click the "Settings" button located at the top of your dashboard screen.
3. Navigating to Organization Members: On the Settings page, scroll down and click on the "Organization Members" button.
4. Initiating New Invites: Scroll to the bottom of the Organization Members page and click "Invite New Member."
5. Sending Invitations: In the "Profile Type" dropdown, select "Wrestler" and choose a wrestler from your roster. Enter the wrestler's email address in the provided field and click "Save" to confirm.

Your wrestler will receive an email invitation to create their profile, granting them access to their video and statistics within the MatBoss system.
